Did you receive my order?

If you received a receipt at the email address you specified in your order form during checkout, then we have successfully received your order.

Where is my order receipt email?

The order receipt email is usually sent within 24 hours of completing the online checkout process with Paypal. If you have not received a receipt email within that timeframe, please check your Junk mail and/or check any anti-spam software that may have filtered the email.

If there is no sign of a confirmation email, please send an email to orders@thirteenitches.com.au so that we may assist you further.

Can I change or cancel an order?

When an order is made, we are generally unable to change or cancel the order. The ordering process automatically begins once the order is confirmed by the customer so please ensure that all items in the shopping cart are the final items of your purchase. If you need to return/exchange an item, please return it to us as soon as possible. If you would like to add an item to an existing order, please place a new order and we will combine the order for you.

How do I pay?

Currently our online store accepts payment via credit card and bank account through the Paypal payment facilities. Once you have finalised your shopping cart, you will be presented with several payment options at checkout. Simply follow the easy-to-use screens to complete payment.

I don't have a Paypal account, can I still buy items?

Yes. It is still possible to make a credit card payment (currently VISA and MASTERCARD only) using the Paypal shopping cart without having a Paypal account. Simply finalise your shopping cart and lookout for the "Don't Have a Paypal account" links after proceeding to checkout.

How secure are your online facilties for payment?

Payment is not processed through this website, but rather through the Paypal shopping cart. Paypal is a trusted leader in online payments (also an eBay essential) and uses industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. For further details, please visit the Paypal web site.

When do you charge payment on my credit card?

Paypal will check your card for sufficient funds when payment is processed to so please ensure you have the correct funds in your balance at the time of transaction.

Do you accept (X payment method) as a form of payment?

Currently we are only able to accept payments that can be processed via Paypal. Any other payment method cannot be accepted at this time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Thirteen Itches accept returns only if select criteria is met. Please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package. All goods must be in as new condition. No tags are to be removed or we will be unable to accept the return. You have the choice of:

• Exchange for other size/colour or item with the same purchase value. There may be additional postage charges for International customers. Australian residents will not be charged extra shipping costs to receive replacement items.
  
  
• Store credit for future purchase. You will be credited the dollar value of the goods.
  
  
• Refund - Please be aware that we cannot refund the cost of the postage as this is controlled by outside sources.

At your request, we will organise for the delivery of your order to your designated delivery address. Our delivery contractors are Australia Post. Each product page will show the delivery charge for that item. Our delivery fee is currently free domestically.

In accordance with our philosophies, Thirteen Itches selects only the highest quality materials for our apparel. As a result of this, we select the appropriate material for our designs so sizing measurements will vary from product to product. How much is shipping?

Shipping is currently FREE to all destinations both domestic and international. This offer is not quantity-based and all orders are eligible for free shipping worldwide.

How long will shipping take?

Items are shipped to your destination within one business day of us receiving payment. This usually means your items will be sent via Australia Post either the same or the next business day.

Delivery times for Australia Post will vary according to your location. In general, please allow 2-3 business days after placing your order to receive your package if you are in Australia. If you are an International customer, please allow 8-10 business days to receive your order.
